Your knitting basket is full of good intentions. The yarn is there. The longing is there. But somehow it always ends up at the bottom of the list - underneath work, other people's needs, and the quiet guilt of wanting something just for you.
Maybe you used to knit and want to find your way back.
Maybe you're brand new and feel drawn to the rhythm of it.
Maybe you already knit and you're looking for a space that goes a little deeper - somewhere that holds both the craft and the person doing it.
Either way - you're in the right place.

The repetitive rhythm of knitting is genuinely calming to your nervous system. It invites you to slow down, breathe, and be present - without having to try very hard. It's a creative act that's also deeply restorative.
Here, we don't count knitting as productive.
We count it as nourishing.
And that changes everything.

Is now your time?
Hi, I’m Clare,
I'm a knitting pattern designer, wellness advocate, and the founder of Nourish Nurture Knit - a space I created because I needed it myself.
I found knitting at a time when everything felt too much. The rhythm of it was genuinely healing. So I went deeper - into nutrition, self-care, and the science of slowness - and eventually built a space where all of it lives together.
My work isn't about doing more. It's about choosing more intentionally. Small, loving steps. No pressure. Just you, your yarn, and a community that gets it.
