Is there anything I need to prepare in advance?

No preparation is needed to take part.

If you would like to track specific results you may find it helpful to complete a food, mood & symptom diary for 7 days before we start.

Can I do The 100 Plants Experiment with my friends?

ABSOLUTELY! Simply share the link to this page with any friends you think may be interested ✨

What if I don't have all the ingredients to make the recipes right away?

That's perfectly OK. The five days of the course are just the beginning of your plant powered journey and the recipes included are just suggestions. Start where you are, work with what you've got and add more options over time.

The pop-up community will be open for 4 weeks to allow plenty of time to get involved. Jump into the community group once we get started and let me know what ingredients you do have and I'll offer some alternative meal ideas for you.

Is this just for vegans?

No, absolutely not.

The 100 Plants Experiment is for anyone who wants to experience the health benefits of eating a diverse range of plants.

You're free to continue to eat meat, fish, eggs and dairy if you wish to do so.

Is there a Facebook group?

There is no Facebook group but you can join the conversations inside The 100 Plants Experiment Community over in the online portal. Details of how to access the portal will be sent to you a few days before we officially get started.

Clare knows what it feels like to be running on empty.

Over two decades ago, a chronic health diagnosis and a close call with burnout led her to completely rethink how she was living - and more importantly, how she was caring for herself. Since then, she’s been on a slow and intentional journey of healing.
