There is so much, often contradictory, health and nutrition information available these days it can feel confusing and overwhelming. It’s hard to know where to start.
I have good news and bad news.
I’ll give you the bad news first. There is no one-size-fits-all solution. I’m sorry there just isn’t.
Your best friend might have tried keto or 5:2 or some other diet or eating regime and found it works amazingly well for her but you’ve tried and failed to make it work for you. You know what? This isn’t your fault. You’re not a failure. You’re a unique and wonderful walking, talking miracle and your uniqueness is why it didn’t work.
Just like your friend, you need to find your own unique solution.
So what’s the good news?
It doesn’t have to be complicated and that’s where I come in, I can help you to make sense of it all and find a solution that works for you and fits into your life.
I encourage you to think about food and eating in a different way. A way that makes it really simple to make better choices. There are no fad diets, no complicated routines. No calorie counting or weighing out portions.
