Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Clare Crouch, trading as Nourish Nurture Knit (“we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses, stores and shares personal information.

Nourish Nurture Knit operates the Nourish Nurture Knit website, sells knitting patterns through Ravelry, operates Clare’s Knit Club, runs an in-person local Knit Group and communicates with subscribers, customers, members, test knitters and other people who choose to contact us.

Our contact email is clare@nourishnurtureknit.com. We are based in Northamptonshire, United Kingdom.

For the purposes of UK data protection law, Clare Crouch trading as Nourish Nurture Knit is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy, except where another organisation acts as an independent controller for its own services.

2. What this policy covers

This policy applies when you:

• visit or use our website;

• sign up to our newsletter, request a free pattern or join a waiting list;

• apply to take part in a test knit;

• purchase one of our knitting patterns through Ravelry;

• purchase or access Clare’s Knit Club;

• create or use a MemberVault profile or participate in the Clare’s Knit Club community;

• attend a Clare’s Knit Club event on Zoom;

• contact us about or attend our local in-person Knit Group;

• join the local Knit Group WhatsApp group after being invited; or

• contact us by email or another agreed method.

Third-party platforms such as Ravelry, PayPal, Stripe, MemberVault, Zoom, WhatsApp and the other providers named below also process personal information under their own privacy policies. This policy explains the information we receive or control and how we use it.

3. The personal information we collect and how we use it

3.1 Website visitors

No sales are completed directly on our public website. When you visit the website, technical and usage information may be collected through the website platform, cookies and analytics tools. This may include your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, approximate location, referring website, date/time information and information about how you use the site.

We use this information to keep the website secure, understand how it is being used, identify technical problems and improve content and navigation.

We use Google Analytics to understand website usage. Where required, analytics cookies will only be used after you have given the appropriate cookie consent. We also use Google Search Console to understand how our website appears and performs in Google Search; the reports we use are primarily search-performance information and are not used by us to identify individual visitors.

Our lawful bases:

• consent where consent is required for analytics/cookies

• legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving our website for essential technical processing

3.2 Knitting pattern purchases through Ravelry

Our standalone knitting patterns are sold through Ravelry rather than directly through our website. Ravelry operates the marketplace and provides its own privacy information to users.

When you purchase one of our patterns, Ravelry makes certain sales information available to us. This currently includes your name, email address, country code and Ravelry username/Ravatar. We do not receive your home address or full payment-card details from Ravelry.

Payments for Ravelry pattern purchases are processed through PayPal. PayPal processes payment information under its own privacy terms. Relevant transaction information may also be passed into our Xero bookkeeping records.

We use Ravelry purchaser information to fulfil and administer the sale, deal with customer queries, maintain appropriate business records and, where necessary, provide pattern updates through Ravelry. We do not use Ravelry purchaser details to add you to our mailing list or send unrelated direct marketing.

Our lawful bases:

• performance of our contract with you

• compliance with legal obligations relating to financial and business records

3.3 Clare’s Knit Club purchases and access

3.3.1 Clare’s Knit Club data collection and processing

Clare’s Knit Club purchases are made through MemberVault. MemberVault provides the platform through which Club products, accounts and community features are delivered. MemberVault also has its own privacy policy and acts as a data processor for information we control within our account, while it may also act as a controller for some information connected with its own platform operations.

When you purchase Clare’s Knit Club, we may receive and process information such as your name, email address, product purchased, purchase date, account status, country or billing-location information and information needed to provide and manage your access.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe receives the full payment information needed to process your transaction. We do not receive or store your full card number or security code. Stripe may make limited payment information visible to us, such as card type, the last four digits of the card, expiry information, billing postcode/location, payment status, refunds or disputes.

We use this information to process and administer your purchase, provide Club access, send essential customer/service communications, manage renewals or expiry where relevant, respond to support queries, prevent fraud and keep financial records.

Information may be passed between MemberVault and Funnel Sketchers using Zapier so that we can manage customer access and relevant communications. We only use these integrations for defined business purposes.

We rely primarily on performance of our contract with you, our legal obligations for accounting and tax records, and our legitimate interests in managing and protecting the service.

Buying Clare’s Knit Club does not automatically subscribe you to our general newsletter. You may be invited to subscribe separately, and that choice is optional.

3.3.2 Clare’s Knit Club community profiles

If you use Clare’s Knit Club, MemberVault may hold profile and activity information connected with your account.

Depending on the features we enable, this may include your name, email address, profile image, account/profile information, product access, progress or activity data, survey responses, community posts, comments and images or other content you choose to upload.

Community content is intended to be visible to other members who have access to the relevant community area. Please do not post information that you do not want other members to see.

We do not ask members to provide health information or other special-category personal data. If you voluntarily include sensitive information in a community post, comment or other content, it may be visible to other members. Please consider this before posting. We will handle any such information only as necessary and where permitted by law.

We may access community information where necessary to operate or moderate the Club, provide support, enforce community rules, investigate misuse or resolve a complaint.

Our lawful bases:

• performance of our contract with Club members

• legitimate interests in operating a safe, functional and supportive member community

3.3.3 Clare’s Knit Club live knit nights and other Zoom events

Clare’s Knit Club live events are normally delivered using Zoom. Zoom may process information such as your display name, profile information, IP address, device information, meeting-connection information and other technical data when you join a session.

Regular Knit Nights are not recorded. Some special events that form part of an Edition, such as an interview, tutorial or guest-expert session, may be recorded. We will tell attendees in advance when recording is taking place.

Where an event is recorded, the recording will normally focus on the host, guest speaker, presentation or shared screen. Other attendees would generally only be captured if they actively participate, for example by speaking, asking a question or otherwise engaging with the host or guest. If you do not wish to appear or be heard in a recording, you can keep your camera and microphone off and avoid participating verbally during the recorded portion.

We use Zoom and any agreed recordings to deliver Club events and, where applicable, make Edition content available to members.

Our lawful bases:

• performance of our contract

• legitimate interests in delivering and improving Club content.

3.4 Newsletter, free patterns and waiting lists

If you sign up to our newsletter, request a free pattern or join a Clare’s Knit Club Edition waiting list, we collect your first name, last name and email address.

We use this information only for the purpose you selected. For example, a waiting-list sign-up allows us to send information about the relevant product or service. It does not automatically subscribe you to our general newsletter.

Where we invite you to join the newsletter, this is a separate and optional choice.

Our email and contact-management platform may record email delivery, opens, clicks, replies and unsubscribe activity where that information is available. We may use engagement information to understand whether our emails are useful, manage our mailing lists and carry out periodic re-engagement reviews.

We rely on your consent for newsletter and waiting-list marketing.

You can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us.

3.5 Local in-person Knit Group

If you ask to be kept informed about our separate local in-person Knit Group, we may collect your first name, last name, email address and, if you choose to provide it, a phone number.

We use these details to contact you about practical Knit Group information such as dates, times, venue changes or other information directly connected with attending the group. Providing a phone number is optional and does not mean that you will be added to any WhatsApp group.

The local Knit Group contact list is separate from our general newsletter. We will not add you to the newsletter simply because you asked for Knit Group updates.

We rely on your consent to send Knit Group updates. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

3.5.1 Local Knit Group WhatsApp group

People who have attended the local Knit Group may later be invited to join a separate WhatsApp group. Joining is optional and is not a condition of attending the in-person group.

We will not use an optional phone number supplied on a Knit Group contact form to add you to WhatsApp. A WhatsApp invitation is a separate, later choice.

If you choose to join the WhatsApp group, your mobile number will be visible to the other members of that group. Other profile information may also be visible depending on your WhatsApp privacy settings. WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy policy.

We use the WhatsApp group to facilitate communication between existing local group members.

Our lawful basis:

• legitimate interests in supporting the group

• your voluntary decision to join

3.6 Test knit applications

If you apply to take part in a test knit, we collect your first name, last name, email address and Ravelry username/Ravatar. We use this information to review applications, contact potential test knitters, administer the test knit and communicate about the pattern being tested.

We do not add test knit applicants to our general newsletter unless they choose to subscribe separately. We rely on our legitimate interests in organising and managing test knits and, where a test-knit arrangement is agreed, on taking steps connected with that arrangement.

3.7 Emails, enquiries and customer support

If you contact us by email or another agreed communication method, we will receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details and the contents of your message.

We use this information to respond to you, provide support, resolve problems and maintain appropriate records of our correspondence.

Our lawful basis:

• taking steps at your request

• performance of a contract

• legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and operating the business

3.8 Accounting, tax and business records

We use Xero for bookkeeping. Our PayPal account is connected to Xero, and transaction entries may include purchaser names and email addresses. We may also export or retain relevant Stripe, MemberVault, Ravelry or other transaction reports where needed for bookkeeping, tax, reconciliation, dispute handling or legal compliance.

Our lawful basis:

• to meet our legal and tax obligations

• to manage the financial records of the business

4. Marketing and service communications

We distinguish between communications that are needed to provide something you requested or purchased and general marketing.

  • If you buy a knitting pattern via Ravelry, we do not add you to our email marketing list. Pattern updates are normally communicated through Ravelry.

  • If you join a waiting list, we contact you about that waiting-list topic only unless you separately choose to join the newsletter.

  • If you buy Clare’s Knit Club, we may send communications needed to administer your purchase, access, events or membership period. We may also send details of future editions and offers as they become available. General newsletter subscription remains optional.

  • If you join the local Knit Group contact list, we contact you about the local group only unless you separately choose to join the newsletter.

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending essential service or transaction messages where those are still required to fulfil a purchase, provide active access, respond to you or meet a legal obligation.

5. Mailing-list reviews and re-engagement

We periodically review our mailing lists to keep them relevant and avoid holding inactive marketing records for longer than necessary. We may use email engagement information, such as opens or clicks where available, to identify subscribers who appear inactive.

An inactive subscriber who is not linked to an active customer relationship may receive a short re-engagement sequence. If they remain inactive, we may remove them from the active subscriber list. They are free to subscribe again in the future.

If someone is an active Clare’s Knit Club customer, we may retain their contact details for customer/service communications even if they are not engaging with general emails. Following the end of an Annual Pass or other active Club access, we may retain the contact record for up to three months for administration before removing or unsubscribing it from active marketing systems, unless there is another reason to retain it.

Financial and transaction records may still need to be retained separately after a person has been removed from a mailing list.

6. Who we share personal information with

We do not sell personal information. We use a number of third-party services to run the business. Depending on how you interact with us, your information may be processed by:

  • Funnel Sketchers Ltd: website hosting/platform services, CRM, forms, contact management and email marketing. Funnel Sketchers is built on the HighLevel platform and acts as a processor for customer data we place in the system.

  • GoHighLevel: underlying technology used by Funnel Sketchers for website, CRM and related functionality.

  • Google: Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

  • MemberVault LLC: platform used to sell and deliver Clare’s Knit Club and host member profiles/community features.

  • PayPal: payment processing for Ravelry pattern purchases and related transaction records.

  • Ravelry LLC: marketplace and delivery platform for standalone knitting-pattern purchases.

  • Stripe: payment processing for Clare’s Knit Club purchases.

  • WhatsApp / Meta: optional local Knit Group messaging for invited attendees.

  • Xero: bookkeeping and accounting records.

  • Zapier: automation used to pass selected information between systems such as MemberVault and Funnel Sketchers.

  • Zoom: delivery of live online Knit Nights and other Club events.

  • Our business email provider: email correspondence and customer support.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers, regulators, tax authorities, law-enforcement bodies or other parties where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users or business.

7. International data transfers

We are based in the United Kingdom, but some of the service providers we use are based in or process information in other countries, including the United States. This means personal information may be transferred outside the UK.

Where UK data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we expect the relevant provider to use an approved transfer mechanism, such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful mechanism.

Further information about a provider’s international-transfer arrangements can be found in that provider’s privacy notice or data-processing terms. You can contact us if you would like more information about the safeguards relevant to a particular service we use.

8. How long we keep personal information

We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide an active service, to resolve queries or disputes, and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Newsletter and general marketing:

Kept while you remain subscribed and subject to periodic engagement reviews. Inactive subscribers may be removed after re-engagement activity.

Waiting lists

Kept for as long as needed to administer the relevant waiting list and follow-up, unless you withdraw consent or there is another lawful reason to retain the record.

Test knit information:

Kept for as long as reasonably needed to manage the test knit, associated communications and any follow-up issues.

Information for participants who choose to be notified of future test knits will be kept on our test knitter contact list, and used to communicate details of test knits as they become available, unless you withdraw consent or there is another lawful reason to retain the record.

Active Clare’s Knit Club customer data:

Kept while needed to provide access and customer support. Marketing/contact records may be reviewed after access ends; some transaction records are retained longer for legal/accounting reasons.

Community content:

Normally retained while the relevant community/account remains active or until deleted, subject to platform backups, moderation records, dispute handling and legal requirements.

Local Knit Group contact details:

Kept while you wish to receive Knit Group updates or while there is a continuing practical reason to keep the contact record.

Accounting and transaction records:

Kept for the period required by HMRC and other applicable legal/accounting requirements. For self-employed records, HMRC generally requires records to be kept for at least five years after the 31 January Self Assessment submission deadline for the relevant tax year.

Customer-support correspondence:

Kept for as long as reasonably needed to deal with the enquiry, maintain useful business records or resolve a complaint/dispute.

Some information may remain for a limited period in secure backups or within third-party systems even after it is removed from our active records. Where we no longer need personal information, we will delete it, anonymise it or allow the relevant platform’s retention/deletion process to apply.

9. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the website to function. Others, such as analytics cookies, help us understand how people use the site.

Where required by law, non-essential cookies will not be set until you have made an appropriate choice through our cookie consent mechanism. You can also change or withdraw your cookie choices in accordance with the options made available on the site.

We maintain a separate Cookie Policy with more detailed information about the cookies and similar technologies in use.

Because website integrations can change over time, we review that policy when we add or remove tracking tools, such as Google Analytics or any future Pinterest advertising/analytics tag.

10. Children and age-related use

Our website and standalone knitting patterns are not specifically aimed at children. Standalone pattern purchases are made through Ravelry and use of Ravelry is governed by Ravelry’s own eligibility and privacy terms.

Clare’s Knit Club is intended for people aged 18 and over because it includes an interactive member community and live online events. We do not knowingly offer Clare’s Knit Club membership to children.

11. Your data-protection rights

Depending on the circumstances and the lawful basis we rely on, UK data protection law may give you rights including the right to:

  • ask for access to the personal information we hold about you;

  • ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information;

  • ask us to erase personal information in certain circumstances;

  • ask us to restrict the way we use your information in certain circumstances;

  • object to certain processing, including direct marketing;

  • receive certain information in a portable format where the right to data portability applies; and

  • withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent.

You have a right to object to your personal information being used for direct marketing. You can do this by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us at clare@nourishnurtureknit.com.

These rights are not absolute and may not apply in every situation. For example, we may need to retain certain transaction records to meet tax or legal obligations even if you no longer wish to receive marketing.

12. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. We also choose established third-party platforms to provide services such as payments, website hosting, email delivery, community access and accounting.

No online service or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If we become aware of a personal-data breach, we will assess it and take any notification or remedial steps required by law.

13. Automated processing

We use automations to help run the business, for example moving selected customer information between MemberVault and Funnel Sketchers, sending requested email sequences and identifying apparently inactive subscribers for re-engagement.

We do not use solely automated decision-making that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects on individuals.

14. Links and third-party services

Our website, emails and member areas may contain links to third-party websites or services. When you follow a link or use a third-party platform, that provider may collect and use information under its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party services.

15. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, suppliers or legal obligations. The latest version will be published on our website with an updated date.

If we plan to use personal information for a materially different purpose from the one originally explained to you, we will provide appropriate information before beginning that new use.

16. How to contact us or complain

If you have a question about this Privacy Policy or want to exercise a data-protection right, please contact us, Clare Crouch trading as Nourish Nurture Knit, by email at clare@nourishnurtureknit.com.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve the issue.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection.

Accessibility Statement

Our commitment and approach to maintaining an accessible website

Nourish Nurture Knit is committed to working towards making this site as accessible and easy to use as possible.

We took accessibility into account when we built and tested the site, and we will continue to test it as its content and the technologies used to access it change.

We test on a range of desktop and mobile platforms and using built-in and third-party assistive technology products and plugins.

Alt-text is provided for all images which are essential to convey essential information to understand the meaning of the current webpage, such as diagrams about how to do something.

When an image is decorative, no alt-text is provided to not have superfluous information which would delay screen reader users from reaching the essential information in the page.

Feedback on this site

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of this website. If you have any problems using the site or any suggestions on how we could improve accessibility, please email us at clare@nourishnurtureknit.com

When reporting problems, you may find it useful to read Contacting Organisations about Accessible Websites.

If we are made aware of any accessibility issues on the site we will publish them as part of this accessibility statement with a timeline of when we expect to remedy the issue.

Our main basis for accessibility testing is the WCAG 2.0 guidelines, but because these are now quite old, we've tried to adhere to the principles underpinning them rather than explicitly meeting the individual criteria.

When you purchase an individual Edition, you receive access to the knitting patterns and other digital content specifically listed as part of that Edition at the time of purchase.

Your Edition purchase also includes 90 days of access to the Club Community and invitations to live online Knit Nights and other Club events taking place during that 90-day period. The 90-day period begins on the date of purchase unless we state otherwise at checkout.

The downloadable knitting patterns included in the Edition remain available to you for the lifetime of Clare's Knit Club. We recommend downloading and keeping your own copies of pattern PDFs for future use.

If you purchase more than one individual Edition, any additional Club Community and live-event access included with those purchases will be added to your existing access period, unless a sales page clearly states otherwise.

4. Annual Pass Purchase

An Annual Pass gives you 12 months of access to the Club Community and invitations to live online Knit Nights and other Club events taking place during your access period.

During those 12 months, you will also receive access to every new Clare's Knit Club Edition released while your Annual Pass is active. Once an Edition has been added to your account during your Annual Pass period, the downloadable patterns in that Edition remain available to you for the lifetime of Clare's Knit Club.

An Annual Pass does not automatically renew unless this is expressly stated at the point of purchase and you have agreed to recurring billing.

If there is no recurring billing arrangement in place, you will receive an invitation to purchase a new Annual Pass to begin the day after your exisiting Annual Pass expires.

If a new Annual Pass is not purchased before your current Annual Pass expires your Annual Pass ends automatically after 12 months.

5. Editions, events and future content

The content of each Edition, including the number and type of patterns or bonus resources included, will be described on the relevant Edition information page.

From time to time we may change planned release dates, event dates, event formats or other Club details where reasonably necessary.

Live Knit Nights and Club events are intended to add to the Club experience, but attendance at any particular event is not guaranteed. Dates and times may vary, and events may occasionally need to be rescheduled or cancelled. Unless we specifically say otherwise, live sessions are not guaranteed to be recorded or made available as replays.

We may introduce new ways to access Clare's Knit Club in the future. Any new access option will be subject to the terms that apply when it is introduced and will not change the access you have already purchased unless we expressly agree otherwise with you.

6. Payments and prices

Prices are shown at the point of purchase. Any applicable taxes, including VAT where relevant, will be shown or applied in accordance with the information provided at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through our chosen payment provider. We do not store your full payment-card details.

7. Cancellation rights and refunds

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Clare's Knit Club includes digital content that can be made available immediately after purchase, including downloadable knitting patterns. Where you ask us to provide digital content during the statutory cancellation period, we may ask you to give your express consent to immediate supply and to acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right to cancel once supply of that digital content begins.

Club Community access and live Club activities are services. Where a statutory cancellation right applies to those services and you ask us to begin providing them during the cancellation period, your rights and any amount payable on cancellation will be determined by applicable consumer law and the consent or request you gave at checkout.

Except where you have a statutory right to a refund, or where we agree otherwise in writing, we do not provide refunds simply because you change your mind after digital content has been supplied in accordance with the consent given at checkout.

If digital content or services are faulty, not as described, or otherwise fail to meet your statutory rights, please contact us at clare@nourishnurtureknit.com so that we can put things right.

8. Access and use of patterns and Club content

All knitting patterns, written materials, videos, downloads, graphics, photographs and other original Club content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and remain the property of Clare Crouch / Nourish Nurture Knit unless otherwise stated.

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the content. You may download and print pattern PDFs for your own use.

You must not, without our express written permission:

  • copy, reproduce, republish, upload or distribute pattern files or other Club content;

  • share your account or login details with another person;

  • sell, sublicense or otherwise make Club content available to others; or

  • claim our patterns, photographs, written content or other materials as your own.

These restrictions apply whether content is shared free of charge or in return for payment.

9. Community guidelines

We want Clare's Knit Club to be a positive, welcoming and encouraging space.

When taking part in the Club Community or attending live events, you agree:

  • to treat other members and guests with respect;

  • not to bully, harass, discriminate against or deliberately intimidate others;

  • not to spam, sell or self-promote without permission;

  • not to share another member's personal information, photographs, comments or experiences outside the Club without their permission; and

  • to follow any additional reasonable community guidance we publish from time to time.

We may moderate, remove or restrict content or access where we reasonably believe these guidelines have been breached.

Serious or repeated breaches may result in removal from the Club Community and live events. Where appropriate, this may be without a refund, subject always to your statutory rights.

10. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe someone else has gained unauthorised access to it.

Club access and purchases are intended for the individual named on the account and may not be transferred to another person without our written agreement.

11. Technology and third-party platforms

Clare's Knit Club is delivered using third-party technology and service providers, which may include a membership platform, payment processor, email provider and video-meeting platform. We may change providers from time to time without affecting the core access you have purchased.

You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, browser and any other technology reasonably required to access the Club. Although we will take reasonable steps to keep the Club available, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and are not responsible for temporary outages or technical problems outside our reasonable control.

If you experience an access problem, please email clare@nourishnurtureknit.com and we will do our best to help.

12. Changes to or closure of Clare's Knit Club

We may make reasonable changes to Clare's Knit Club over time, including changes to the platform, community structure, event format, features or presentation of content. We will not use this clause to remove access to digital patterns you have already purchased without good reason.

If we decide to close Clare's Knit Club permanently, we will give reasonable notice where possible and will provide an opportunity for customers to download pattern files they are entitled to keep before access ends. Any additional rights or remedies will depend on the circumstances and your statutory consumer rights.

13. Privacy

We process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Those policies explain what information we collect, why we use it and your rights in relation to your personal data.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to the above, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when you entered into the contract, or for business losses arising from your personal use of Clare's Knit Club.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in Clare's Knit Club, our technology, our business or legal requirements. Where a change materially affects existing customers, we will take reasonable steps to let you know before the change takes effect.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights you have already acquired under an earlier purchase unless the change is required by law or you agree to it.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also have the benefit of mandatory protections that apply in the part of the UK where you live.

Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
