I know what it’s like to look as though you have everything under control, while inside you're exhausted and wondering if you’ll ever feel like yourself again.

For almost two decades I’ve studied and worked in nutrition and holistic health but it was my own close call with burnout that taught me the most important lesson: thriving doesn’t come from pushing harder, it comes from slowing down and caring for yourself with compassion.

Knitting and creativity became a big part of my healing journey, alongside my professional training. Now I support women to rediscover their own rhythm of calm, nourishment, creativity, and connection.

The Seasonal Wellness Reset brings together both my lived and professional experience to guide you step by step so you don’t have to find your way alone.

When does the Seasonal Wellness Reset begin?

The programme starts on Monday 27th October. You’ll receive your first Reset Guide and focus theme that morning, with plenty of time to explore before our first community gathering.

When are the live Zoom sessions?

We’ll meet once a week for four weeks on Zoom each Wednesday evening at 19:00 (UK time) for the duration of the 4 weeks:

Wednesday 19th November

How will I receive the programme content?

Each week you’ll receive an email containing a link to access your content in our dedicated online space, so everything is easy to find.

What if I can’t keep up each week?

That’s absolutely fine. The Seasonal Wellness Reset is designed to be gentle and flexible. You can move at your own pace, and the materials are yours to download and revisit any time.

When is the 30-minute, one to one call?

Your one-to-one call with Clare can be scheduled at any point during the programme with the final date being Friday 29th November. It’s a chance for personalised support when you need it, whether you’d like to set intentions, get encouragement part-way through, or reflect and plan next steps at the end.

Do I need to be vegan or plant-based to join?

Not at all. While I’ll be sharing plant-based recipes and guidance, the Seasonal Wellness Reset is about adding in more nourishing foods and lifestyle practices - not restriction. Everything can be adapted to suit your preferences and what feels good for you.

How much time will this take each week?

The Seasonal Wellness Reset is designed to fit into a busy life. Each week you’ll spend about 30–60 minutes exploring the focus and joining our gathering (if you choose to attend). The practices are simple and can be woven into your daily routine without adding to your to-do list.

How long will I have access to the content?

The content inside the online course portal will be available for 90 days from the day the programme opens, but you're free to download all of the guides to refer back to at any time.

What if I’ve tried resets before and they didn’t stick?

That’s completely understandable. Many “resets” are all about quick fixes and rigid rules. The Seasonal Wellness Reset is different. It’s about gentle, sustainable shifts that support your energy, balance, and clarity.
