Over the four weeks we’ll focus on tuning into our own rhythm, nourishing food, gentle lifestyle practices, and living more intentional - so it feels less like “another thing on your to-do list” and more like creating space for yourself. Each week builds on the last, helping you let go of what’s been draining you and inviting in habits that truly support the way you want to feel.

After a close call with burnout and being diagnosed with a chronic health condition almost 2 decades ago, Clare turned her health around, and now enjoys vibrant health.
Has it always been an easy and straightforward journey? No, it really hasn't! As a recovering people-pleasing, workaholic perfectionist, Clare still needs to be mindful and follow her own advice to avoid slipping back into those old, unhelpful patterns.
As a holistic health & nutrition coach Clare uses her 20 years of nutrition and wellness experience to support other high-achieving, ambitious and busy women who realise that their success is coming at the expense of their health and it's time to put themselves first.
Clare helps you learn how to nourish and nurture your body, mind and soul to avoid burnout and create the vibrant health that will support your continued success.
The programme starts on Monday 27th October. You’ll receive your first Reset Guide and focus theme that morning, with plenty of time to explore before our first community gathering.
We’ll meet once a week for four weeks on Zoom each Wednesday evening at 19:00 (UK time) for the duration of the 4 weeks:

Your one-to-one call with Clare can be scheduled at any point during the programme with the final date being Friday 29th November. It’s a chance for personalised support when you need it, whether you’d like to set intentions, get encouragement part-way through, or reflect and plan next steps at the end.
Not at all. While I’ll be sharing plant-based recipes and guidance, the Seasonal Wellness Reset is about adding in more nourishing foods and lifestyle practices - not restriction. Everything can be adapted to suit your preferences and what feels good for you.
The Seasonal Wellness Reset is designed to fit into a busy life. Each week you’ll spend about 30–60 minutes exploring the focus and joining our gathering (if you choose to attend). The practices are simple and can be woven into your daily routine without adding to your to-do list.
The content inside the online course portal will be available for 90 days from the day the programme opens, but you're free to download all of the guides to refer back to at any time.
