Clare's Knit Club Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or accessing Clare's Knit Club.

By purchasing an Edit, accessing Club content or taking part in Club Gatherings or other Club events, you agree to these Terms.

The following important information can be found on this page. The individual sections can be found by scrolling down the page or by clicking on the section name in this list:

These Terms were last updated on 30 September 2026.

1. Who we are

Clare's Knit Club is run by Clare Crouch, trading as Nourish Nurture Knit, based in Northamptonshire, England. You can contact us at [email protected].

In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Clare Crouch trading as Nourish Nurture Knit. “You” and “your” refer to the person purchasing or accessing Clare's Knit Club.

2. What Clare's Knit Club is

Clare’s Knit Club is a knitting club built around individually purchasable collections of knitting patterns, known as “Edits”.

Each Edit contains a collection of knitting patterns and includes 90 days of Club Access from the date of purchase.

During your 90 days of Club Access, you will be invited to all live online Club Gatherings and any other Club events taking place during your access period. There will be at least one live online Club Gathering each month.

The knitting patterns included in an Edit remain available to you for the life of Clare’s Knit Club. The 90-day limit applies to Club Access, not to your access to the patterns.

Clare’s Knit Club is not a subscription. You can choose which Edits you wish to purchase and there is no requirement to purchase future Edits.

We reserve the right to introduce to a monthly subscription membership in the future.

3. Individual Edit Purchases

When you purchase an individual Edit, you receive access to the knitting patterns and any other digital content specifically listed as part of that Edit at the time of purchase.

Your Edit purchase also includes 90 days of Club Access from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated at checkout. During this period, you will be invited to all live online Club Gatherings and any other Club events taking place during your Club Access period.

The downloadable knitting patterns included in the Edit remain available to you for the life of Clare’s Knit Club. We recommend downloading and keeping your own copies of pattern PDFs for future use.

If you purchase another Edit, that purchase includes its own 90-day Club Access period beginning on the date of that purchase. Club Access periods may therefore overlap. They do not accumulate or extend consecutively.

If you have more than one active Club Access period, you will continue to receive invitations to Club Gatherings and other Club events until your final active Club Access period ends.

4. Edits, Club Gatherings and future content

We aim to release new Edits throughout the year, but we do not guarantee a specific number of Edits or a fixed release schedule.

Each Edit may contain a different number or type of knitting patterns or other digital content. The content included in an Edit will be clearly described on the relevant sales page at the time of purchase.

There will be at least one live online Club Gathering each month. Dates and times may vary and will be communicated to customers with active Club Access.

We may also offer additional Club Gatherings, special events or other content from time to time. Unless specifically included as part of your purchase, we do not guarantee that any particular event, type of event or additional content will be available during your Club Access period.

We may make reasonable changes to scheduled Club Gatherings or events where necessary, including changing the date, time, format or host. If an event needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, we will make reasonable efforts to let affected customers know.

5. Payments and prices

The price of each Edit will be clearly displayed on the relevant sales or checkout page. Prices may vary between Edits and may change from time to time.

The price displayed at the time you make your purchase is the price that applies to your purchase.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase and is processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout where required.

6. Cancellation rights and refunds

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

When you purchase an Edit, the digital content, including your knitting patterns, is made available to you straight away. By choosing immediate access at checkout, you agree that the digital content can be supplied immediately and understand that your 14-day right to cancel that digital content will end once it has been supplied.

We don't normally offer refunds simply because you change your mind after your digital content has been supplied.

This does not affect your statutory rights if something you've purchased is faulty, not as described or doesn't meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.

If there's a problem with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can put things right.

7. Access and use of patterns and Club content

All knitting patterns, written materials, videos, downloads, graphics, photographs and other original Club content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and remain the property of Clare Crouch trading as Nourish Nurture Knit unless otherwise stated.

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the content. You may download and print pattern PDFs for your own use.

You must not, without our express written permission:

  • copy, reproduce, republish, upload or distribute pattern files or other Club content;

  • share your account or login details with another person;

  • sell, sublicense or otherwise make Club content available to others; or

  • claim our patterns, photographs, written content or other materials as your own.

These restrictions apply whether content is shared free of charge or in return for payment.

8. Club guidelines

We want Clare's Knit Club to be a positive, welcoming and encouraging space.

When taking part in the Club Gatherings or attending other live events, you agree:

  • to treat other members and guests with respect;

  • not to bully, harass, discriminate against or deliberately intimidate others;

  • not to spam, sell or self-promote without permission;

  • not to share another member's personal information, photographs, comments or experiences outside the Club without their permission; and

  • to follow any additional reasonable Club guidance we publish from time to time.

We may restrict access to Club Gatherings or other live events where we reasonably believe these guidelines have been breached.

Serious or repeated breaches may result in exclusion from the Club Gatherings and live events. Where appropriate, this may be without a refund, subject always to your statutory rights.

9. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe someone else has gained unauthorised access to it.

Club access and purchases are intended for the individual named on the account and may not be transferred to another person without our written agreement.

10. Technology and third-party platforms

Clare's Knit Club is delivered using third-party technology and service providers, which may include a membership platform, payment processor, email provider and video-meeting platform. We may change providers from time to time without affecting the core access you have purchased.

You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, browser and any other technology reasonably required to access the Club. Although we will take reasonable steps to keep the Club available, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and are not responsible for temporary outages or technical problems outside our reasonable control.

If you experience an access problem, please email [email protected] and we will do our best to help.

11. Changes to or closure of Clare's Knit Club

We may make reasonable changes to Clare's Knit Club over time, including changes to the platform, Club Gatherings and events, features or presentation of content. We will not use this clause to remove access to digital patterns you have already purchased without good reason.

If we decide to close Clare's Knit Club permanently, we will give reasonable notice where possible and will provide an opportunity for customers to download pattern files they are entitled to keep before access ends. Any additional rights or remedies will depend on the circumstances and your statutory consumer rights.

12. Privacy

We process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Those policies explain what information we collect, why we use it and your rights in relation to your personal data.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to the above, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when you entered into the contract, or for business losses arising from your personal use of Clare's Knit Club.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in Clare's Knit Club, our technology, our business or legal requirements. Where a change materially affects existing customers, we will take reasonable steps to let you know before the change takes effect.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights you have already acquired under an earlier purchase unless the change is required by law or you agree to it.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also have the benefit of mandatory protections that apply in the part of the UK where you live.

Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.

16. Contact us

If you have any questions about these Terms or about your purchase, please contact Clare Crouch at [email protected].
