I’m Clare, it’s nice to ‘meet’ you, I'm so happy you're here!

I'm an obsessive knitter with a love of food, nutrition and holistic wellness. So that’s what you'll find here at Nourish Nurture Knit.

You'll find plant-based, real food recipes that will nourish and nurture your body, a collection of knitting patterns, tips & ideas with a sprinkling of mindfulness and some nurturing rituals thrown in for good measure.

This is what I believe to be the recipe for a happier, healthier life. You may agree or disagree but, one thing is for sure, if you read a few of my blogs, make a recipe or two, or knit a few stitches of one of my patterns it can only do you good.

What’s not to love?

I'm a tiny bit obsessed with knitting. I love knitting so much I started designing knitting patterns and I now have a number of knitting patterns available for sale on Ravelry. Plans are also afoot for a new Nourish Nurture Knit knitting & wellbeing community - watch this space!

As a holistic health and nutrition coach I support ambitious women who are dealing with the negative health impact of stress, anxiety, overwhelm and may be heading for burnout. If this sounds like you, I'd love to support and encourage you on your journey towards vibrant health by giving you loads of health and wellness information that’s easy to understand and simple to follow.

There’s so much confusing and contradictory information out there when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle and finding a healthy balance that supports your health and enhances your happiness. It can be bamboozling.

I’d love to help you discover a new way to think about nourishing and nurturing your body and mind which simplifies everything and makes it so much easier for you to make the best choices for you.

This allows you to make tiny changes whenever you’re ready, that will all add up to huge lifelong benefits.

As The Vibrant Health Coach in my 'day job' I support successful but exhausted, women to learn how to be successful AND thrive. One of the ways we do that is with nourishing, plant-based foods and recipes.

I love to share foodie inspiration to inspire healthier eating that is full of flavour.

Knitting is a super-power!

Knitting was an integral part of my recovery from burnout and still a huge part of my life.

I knit for mindfulness, connection & community and of course I design knitting patterns
